    If you contact us and provide us with all the information necessary for the reservation, we can make a reservation on your behalf and send your ticket to your email address.

  2. How do I know if my reservation is approved?

    Your booking will be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

  3. How do I determine my arrival time when booking from hotel to airport?

    When making a reservation, first write down your flight departure time and then specify the time you want to be picked up from the hotel. It is recommended that you be at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight on foreign flights and 1.5 hours before domestic flights. Determine the time you want to receive by including the transportation time in this period. (If there is a problem with your reception time, we will make the necessary change by returning to you.)

  4. What if I have a pet?

    In the "special notes" box on the booking form, you must specify the breed and cage sizes of your pet. Necessary information will be provided when confirming your reservation.

  5. How will I find you at the airport?

    Our staff will meet you at the terminal exit door with a sign with your name written.

  6. What should I do if the baggage intake at the airport takes a long time?
